We are delighted to step into our 9th year. We are also proud to announce that Genelle Seah was promoted to Associate on 26 February 2021.
Genelle advises multinational corporations, domestic and international law firms, and other sophisticated clients on the full range of competition law (antitrust) matters. Her work spans merger control, cartels & investigations, joint ventures, advisory/counselling, and sales & marketing/consumer law (including distribution/trading terms and privacy matters). She also provides broader support to our telco and tech clients on a range matters. Genelle has a background as a commercial lawyer giving her a practical perspective.
Growing up in Malaysia and having attended high school in Singapore, Genelle is multilingual – she speaks fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) as well as conversational Malay. Be assured there will be nothing lost in translation!
